Come learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in a supportive environment. Our guided meditations are beginner friendly and will interweave elements of mindful self-compassion with a variety of attention based practices. No experience necessary.

Take a break from classes, to-do lists, and the daily grind to join us in the Health and Wellness Center for a midweek pause! Enjoy a short beginner-friendly guided meditation and breathing practice. We also invite you to stay after the meditation practice to enjoy your lunch.
