If Frost makes a bowl game at any point, a sixth year (2030) is added to the contract at a salary of $5.25M. Based on 2024 Big 12 Coach Salaries (according to USA Today's database), using Frost's 2025 number ($3.9M), just two coaches were lower: Scott Satterfield/Cincinnati and
