John Tomsick, research scientist at SSL, explains how Compton telescopes make gamma-ray images. Tomsick is principal investigator on NASA’s Compton Spectrometer and Imager (COSI) mission which hopes to learn more about element formation and antimatter at the center of our galaxy.
