An energetic training session this evening. We worked on supportive play and urgency when attacking. The girls gave it their all in the evening sun 🌞 💛💚

Our fabulous Falcons were out in force today for their first game of the season. They paid their respects to the Queen with a minute’s silence also. Superb effort and performance all round in a challenging match.

A late one tonight for the Mustangs and Falcons, grabbing some training despite the snow. The teams took the opportunity to prep for their matches this weekend. 🐎Mustangs worked on shooting into specific zones. 🦅Falcons worked on accuracy when passing and receiving the ball.
