Haven't played Fallout, but am gratefully trapped in Fallout's wasteland. I'll watch anything with Walton Goggins in it, but the show is also very funny, totally self-aware of its expert riffing on venerable sci-fi dystopias (Judge Dredd), and pleasurably horrifying. Recommended.
