Sorry! Never saw your DM. Thank you so much for the words! It's a constant battle. I have my days! I don't like Humalog for a LCHF diet because it's to fast acting. Protein and fat digestion takes a lot longer and R matches up much better. Hope this helps!

Yesterday, I was at the eye doctor. Had an emergency appt! Thought my retinopathy was getting worse! It actually is getting better! Doc said, "Wouldn't treat you for retinopathy, you're just getting older." However, Bernstein, LCHF, Zero Carb doesn't work. HA! Sit down!

I don't care what you idiots say. I will not stop promoting this WOE. I might not ever get off insulin, cool. But I will live a better life. Tired of you non T1D's with your opinions, you don't live with this disease. Bernstein is 86 and healthy. IT WORKS!
