Gutted watching the situation unfolding in Cincinnati. No way this game should continue tonight.

Can’t say enough how well ESPN is handling coverage of the situation involving Damar Hamlin tonight. Poised, respectful & human. So clear they’re experiencing the same heavy emotions that all of us are while still trying to keep viewers informed.

Looking forward to a fun evening back at Linnell Gymnasium with these guys!

The answer in many cases is no, including here in southern Maine. TV folks (both on and off camera) are grossly underpaid. It’s why so many of us leave — while parent companies make millions, if not billions, annually.

It’s become a tradition to see how long the Christmas-turned-winter tree (which is real) stays up every year. She’s coming down in the next day or two, but it was a record year!

Today’s project was homemade pretzels. And, as any Office fan knows, pretzel day is a good day. Happy to report it was a success!

So many emotions today. It’s difficult to find the words for the heaviness. We say often that this state is a small town and it feels especially true right now. I’m simultaneously heartbroken for Maine and immensely proud to call it home.
