micky van de ven is one of the best recovery defenders ITL — incredible athleticism and understanding of valuable space and runners. such crazy running power, range of motion & duelling capacity, this is a T3 LCB within the prem — will look even better with a CCB next to him.

arsenal potentially letting go of amario cozier-duberry would be a big shame IMO. interested clubs say a lot about him — we *should* tie him down. he’s got what he needs to be a utility interior/winger option — very harvey elliott like.

juventus have a history of selling standout youth products — spurs need another CCB. dean huijsen would be a great partner for romero + van de ven — takes spurs back three to title-winning level, IMO. x.com/gggggellop/sta…

josh nichols [06, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿] is interesting. lacks power in his running and his size doesn’t help but should become a functional orthodox FB — still yet to complete his physical maturation ~ 17. made for the middle though, comfortable 360° receptions, positive BTL passer, clean COD’s.

camavinga obtains the same recovery tackling technique as declan rice. — long legs allowing a larger lunge radius enabling a wrapping-like effect around opposition player — ‘springy’ power in their bodies to return to feet following contact and subsequently maintain control

despite his 6’3 stature, while tending to the dribble Morgan Rogers goes low-to-ground which in-turn compacts his physique -> allows him to shift his body weight while under contact and ‘explosively’ evade his marker — mannerisms similar to Jamal Musiala.

Georginio Rutter is not a #9, he’s a #10/SS type — requires lots of the ⚽️ to really influence through carries/dribbles. Summerville - Rutter - Gnonto far too ball-dominant. Leeds need a runner — lack of a box presence without Bamford too.

quite a shame the way we have dealt with another sellable academy product in Reuell Walters — lovely profile which we could have easily profited on, expecting improvements soon. prefer Brooke Norton-Cuffy for that RCB/RB spot but he will have a nice career away from Arsenal.

your learning should take precedence over your production/output, it's more important to learn than it is to produce. professional structures + social media don't reward that order of events and priorities, but that shouldn't be the way. focus all of your energy on learning.

Trent Alexander-Arnold isn’t made to be used as an #8 — he struggles with back-to-goal receptions and surrounded 360° by opp. players. play him in the backline with freedom to roam laterally or outside of Serbia’s block where Walker currently is and bring on Gordon.

quality aside, i’m not sure Leny Yoro -> United was exactly financially responsible. compared to other Ligue 1 u19 CB exports: — major outlier with regards to value & near double price of second-highest — only had one-year left on contract — United likely to return to CB market

B.N the average level of the current u16’s and first year scholars are definitely signs of improvement — need more recruitment too for sure, hopefully comes with time.
