The Texas State Board of Pharmacy office will be closed Tuesday November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. The office will reopen Wednesday November 12th.

Veterinarian prescribers are ineligible to receive NPI numbers, and a DEA registration number would be an inappropriate substitute. Vets may provide their state license number instead. To recognize this exception, contact pharmacy IT or your prescription software vendor.
