Anyone else finding ThreeUKSupport Three UK sending out plan renewal letters for plan they didn't request at the end of their contract. I selected a new 12 month contract and as still put on a dearer month to month contract.

Anyone else finding ThreeUKSupport Three UK impossible to fathom out? Can't find my customer number on their website and their contract letter has the customer number and doesn't have my mobile phone number on it. I have 2 mobiles and no way to tell which the contract is for!

Does anyone use what3words for delivery? I just tracked down a parcel a different village! Seeing more adverts for what3words saying it's accepted by most delivery companies. Has anyone tried this? Did it help?
