The new Year 12 DT cohort had a knowledge sharing session with the Year 13 seniors during Immersion Week! It was great for our seniors to share their experience in the course and to pass on valuable tips and tricks to creating meaningful NEA portfolios! #HIS_learning

The new Year 12s are having fun learning about Thermoplastics using Thermoworks Whitemorph material! Students are challenged to conserve plastic pellets to design and create a small physics based product. HELP International School

Year 9 F1 in Schools: So much focus and concentration! After a 3 week crash course on Onshape 3D modelling, students demonstrate their new skills in a practical test. We really appreciate our adaptive and enthusiastic technology students! HELP International School Onshape by PTC

Year 12 DT A-Levels: After learning about Timbers, Polymers and Composites, students worked with Thermosetting Epoxy Resin and the laser cutter for the first time! Check out some of their HIS Resin Coaster designs which capture natural elements found in our campus! #HIS_learning

Year 13 Major Coursework Review session: Year 13 are having a peer to peer review session of their current NEA coursework development. They are practicing the Masteries of Social, Leadership & Morals when providing constructive and careful feedback to others. #HIS_Learning

Year 11 Product Design: As part of their ongoing exam coursework, the designers are disassembling and documenting real mechanical and electronic products to analyse the materials and construction methods used in manufacturing. #HIS_Learning

I had no idea I was being recorded while talking to myself in VR! Though I look a little weird spatial computing in a corner, I did manage to get Formula 1 2023 working in Oculus VR for our VITA Simulation Rig! #HIS_Learning
