I switched to Kaiser Permanente this year and so far they don't answer my calls and the computer claims that I'm not in their system. No matter how many times or different phone numbers I call nothing gets resolved and the hold times are over an hour, half the time it just hangs up on me





I never understand why companies make it so difficult to interact with them. Carl’s Jr. app and rewards sign up silently refuses to make an account on the app or website, and customer support is even more broken, requiring I select a restaurant to even ask a question
