CR: Iron Gold by Pierce Brown. Rereading this for the third time, and getting ready for my first rereads of Dark Age and Lightbringer is already making me tense. It really cements that I shall not be content in the literary sense till Red God is released. I need it.

Well, this little sequel to The Edan Trilogy is out today. While Darkness Gathers is an experiment for me, a risk and an attempt to say more with less while exploring how we can respond to the gathering darkness. Am I excited? Yes. Nervous? Oh, yeah. Grateful? More than anything.

I can’t wait to read this!
