After fun times at the SIG 6/7 #JURE social event, the conference started off great today with an insightful keynote on retrieval practice by Tino Endres! It you want to learn more about designing adaptive support: come to our symposium after lunch! EARLI SIG 7 EARLI SIG 6 #EARLI

Day 1 is now behind us: Amazing keynote by Tino Endres, lots of insightful presentations, delicious food, and a party at the end with a cocktail bar and table tennis tournament. The unique combination of quality science and lots of fun at EARLI SIG 6 and EARLI SIG 7! 😍

Now onto day 2 with a keynote by Martina Rau and an exciting conference dinner. Oh and dont forget the river boat tour 😍 Thanks in particular to Juliette Désiron and Salome Wagner and the rest of the local team! 🥰

At 0900 today we will have @EARLISIG7's invited symposium on technology-enhanced learning in the classroom. Presentations: Guido Makransky, Josef Buchner, and Leonie Sibley. Andreas Lachner moderates! See you there! The conference dinner party is not an excuse to be absent!😂

The 2024 EARLI SIG 6 and @EARLISIG7 Conference has come to an end after four days of "work hard play hard". We thank everyone who contributed to a wonderful conference. 😍 We really hope to see you all in Zurich, Switzerland, in the summer of 2026!

One of our favorite moments of the 2024 EARLI SIG 6 and @EARlISIG7 conference in Tubingen was awarding Prof. Dr. Alexander Renkl the "SIG 6 and 7 Lifetime Achievement Award" for his immense contributions to our research field and our community.

4/4 Finally, a huge thank you goes out to the organizers for bringing educational researchers together from across Europe and beyond! Researchers exchanging ideas and knowledge across borders and disciplines is how high-quality research is born.
