Final FRCA revision is slowly breaking my soul. I wish I could just absorb all the knowledge and guidelines.

When I eventually CCT, I think I’m going to have to credit my dad for putting up with me and doing all the cooking for 4 months so I passed the primary, my dogs for tolerating my viva practice and Durham motorway services for feeding me on some dreadful commutes.

I’m at the stage post squint surgery where I look like I’ve been punched in the face

Belated birthday dinner with my dad tonight was lovely. I’m so full.

I’ve just discovered my eyelid has pitting oedema (I’m a week post eye surgery, it’s expected). I have no idea why it’s REALLY funny to me.

After nearly 2 weeks off work post op, I’m ready to go back, but I’m not ready to do a set of nightshifts starting on Easter Monday.

Being able to taste the eye drops after you’ve put them in is so grim.

Only gone and passed the final FRCA written. THANK GOD it didn’t take me 4 goes like the primary.

I really enjoyed the APAGBI conference over the last 2 days but I was so engrossed I forgot to tweet about it. Whoops!
