#TropicalStormFrancine is churning in the western #Gulf of Mexico. Regardless of strength, #rain will impact the South Central. The region will see the heaviest rain Wed. AM to Thu. PM, with a total of 2-5" expected for most. #Flooding is likely in this already saturated area.
