Hi RSA Ireland I've tried multiple times to log into your new portal but it's saying my details are incorrect & won't let me reset my password. I know my email works because it's sending alerts when it's my turn to go on the site. I'd really like to book a test please & thanks!

Recently passed my driving test (yay). Applied for my driving licence but it appears the NDLS have lost my certificate of competency & have told me they have no idea how long it will take them to find it/ when I'll get my full licence. How is this ok?! RSA Ireland
