Looks likely Qatar has won the bid for United and the same moral questions *must* be asked about how an abusive monarchy can own a venerable institution like United that has an important social role. Unlike City and Newcastle, United don't need to sell the club's soul. 1⃣

Mason Greenwood said in his statement today he was “cleared of all charges.” He wasn’t. The charges were dropped and that is an important distinction, morally and legally. Had he been cleared of all charges the decision would have been much easier for #mufc
