since Friday Tribe.run has grew 1000x on all metrics, w/ $50M+ in volume everything broke but we have stabilized the app immediately next step: token graduation - bonding curve liquidity to Raydium - extend supply to 1B - creator approval required more details to come

we'll run a pilot on token migration - start with my tribe - will create a new memecoin with 1B supply, then airdrop - liquidity to raydium - chat members get bonus tokens - normally creators would also get additional alloc, but not in my case coming soon

tldr: we are putting a pause on $billzh token migration. will go back to the drawing board and rethink the approach after observing recent market dynamics, we've realized that migrating my Tribe to Raydium carries significant downside risk and could distract us from achieving

two leaderboard improvements - added leaderboard for trending tribes, sorted by 7-day price change (click the icon in the top left corner of the table) - main leaderboard extended to 200 tribes

next steps for Tribe.run #1 priority is to ship the native mobile app. this is where we spend most of our time today. have to nail mobile UX before we can scale after that, we'll - revisit the liquid creator token idea - design sustainable liquidity & creator incentives

a change to how subscription works on Tribe: if a creator hasn't messaged in the past 7 days, the subscription payment stream will automatically pause it will resume once they message again

we will be performing a system upgrade at 3am ET on Tue Feb 18. please expect some downtime on Tribe

where we are with Tribe.run - preparing v2 launch where we'll introduce token migration + more chat utilities - new mobile app is live on app store, but still needs iterations - in v2 we'll spotlight active creators & help them succeed on Tribe feedback welcome

ahead of v2 launch, we will focus our energy on improving core features while removing things that don't meaningfully move the needle will be sunsetting both creator AMA and Billboard soon (might bring them back in the future in a new form)
