Completed the IRONMAN Triathlon Virtual Club 70.3 race this weekend. 5km run on Friday, 90km bike yesterday and a half marathon this morning. Massively under prepared and lacking training, but it was still a fun challenge. #anywhereispossible

We’ve had a swarm of bees land in our garden on their way to a new home. Luckily, our amazing neighbour from the BBKA keepers association has popped over to help get them somewhere safe. #bees
