Good day at the LAB this Saturday, ran a 400 pr of 49.42 and 200 pr of 21.63 which is also the leading time in the nation.

Decent day at the MITS State meet yesterday running a 48.86 pr in the 400 and 21.79 in the 200, getting me second place for both events.

Great weekend at the MITS state meet! Threw a 54ft in shot and 151ft in disc. Got 5th in both events.
