Am I over reacting?? ... This is neighbours car parked in my mum & dad's front garden. They are aged 88 & 82 and they are being subjected to verbal abuse and threatening behaviour on near daily basis because they want to stick up for their rights. Police don't want to know.

Picture this: It's the 21st of June. The sun is shining through your ABI patio doors. You enjoy a chilled glass of wine on the decking. The fridge is full of BBQ food ready for hosting this afternoon. You go to sleep ready to do it all again the next day. Life is good.
