Last night I joined Police Antrim and Newtownabbey crews on response to see first hand the challenges they face on a daily basis. I want to thank the crews for the experience which was much more informative than presentations could ever be. I will continue to stand up for our police officers

At this morning's Resources Committee, Members met with Police Service NI, who confirmed that officers will see their 7% pay increase in their April salaries. The Board welcomes this implementation and will continue to support the Service in seeking an improved budgetary position.
