So Digicel Jamaica sold me a roaming plan for $5000, the plan didn't work. An hour with customer service and $19,675.55 later it works for about 30 minutes. Then my phone gets barred because I've reached my credit limit.

Come to find out that Digicel Jamaica refuses to refund me because there was usage. Their system malfunctioned and charged me $29,308.75 in data roaming charges in error and barred me from using my service. Hence why my initial plan didn't work

I only incurred those charges because of your error Digicel Jamaica !!!!!! You gave me incorrect charges and barred my account. Restricting me from using a service I paid you for. Now you're holding me at ransom saying that you won't refund me my money.
