I’m a large supporter of Bachmann Trains USA and buy a lot of their products—but a decal lamp on a model train is just frankly unacceptable. In any other model line it absolutely wouldn’t fly, and it’s insulting to do this and still charge a premium for it.

Well I was hoping to have a Photon Ultra by the end of 2021 to wrap up Lady. Now they aren’t shipping preorders till March so who knows when retailers will have them... bummer 😕

Lil lady on the move.

I’m probably at the point now where I could redraw Lady with my eyes closed. I’ve started my 5th complete redesign. This one is addressing some of the slight inaccuracies that bothered me about revision 4.

These buffers seem to match up to the prop in length but I’m thinking for them to actually be effective buffers they should be a bit longer 🤔

It’s going to be a nightmare to try and make these layers, but I’m hoping if it works it’ll be a better way to get gold window panes without getting paint on the rest of the window framing. It’ll also allow for real glass as an added bonus.

The actor who played Burnett Stone in #TATMRParody, my Grandpa Kes, passed away peacefully after an ongoing battle with dementia on Christmas Eve this year. He really was the funniest, smartest dude. I'm SO lucky I had an excuse to spend all that time with him filming the Parody.
