Author Matt Haig deserves all the goodness in the world (just in general) but also for writing so deeply about his pain. Never have I seen writing that speaks to the suffering that comes along with mental illness like his.

As a chronically ill and disabled person, if I say that I can’t do something, I’m not looking for suggestions from able bodied people on how I could possibly do said thing.

I’ve been on keppra for more than a decade. My dose recently went up a lot. It is fucking brutal 😭 epilepsy folks, have you transferred from keppra to something with more success and little breakthrough? Pls dm me!!
