What is going on with Electrify America charging stations? 3 stations in 2 days and most are broken! Yesterday on hold for 15 minutes & no answer. 10pm and 7 cars waiting & today multiple chargers broken & can’t charge. #dontbuyev

Drive to charge because Electrify America app shows 2 available chargers but app broken again and line of 4+ cars Volkswagen said they’re adding charging stations - but still waiting over a year later. Volkswagen charging plan stinks.

Curious what it will take Volkswagen and Electrify America to actually deliver on a charge plan that a customer can use. All times of day and night broken and unavailable. Feel misled on what ‘charge plan’ came with my #id4 Galpin Volkswagen

Be careful of Instacart pricing policies. They will sign you up for Instacart Plus and charge you $99. If you don't see within 5 days (8 for me) then they won't cancel. Note I used once over a year ago after Covid. Policy is thievery to me.

For almost 2 years I've waited for Volkswagen & Electrify America to provide the charging plan they promised when I purchased my #Volkswagen #id4. There is NEVER a working station and I feel like I was sold a bill of goods. Volkswagen and Electrify America what are you going to do? Unable to drive!
