Loveland's Rez Rokicki and West Clermont Athletics's David Lack both won silver medals in Day 2 of the OHSAA Sports State Track and Field Meet. Rokicki threw a mark of 180 feet, 3 inches in the discus, and Lack set a new personal-best with a height of 6 feet, 9 inches in the high jump.

You don’t need to toe drag. Most young athletes try to toe drag because they’ve seen it in some elite sprinters and assume it’s the cause of speed. That’s the first mistake. Actively dragging the toe doesn’t help you accelerate. Creating friction against the ground outside
