Labour can not win in Wimbledon! So many London Liberal Democrats volunteers turned up today to help Paul Kohler🔶MP for Wimbledon and as I shopped in the local grocers Ecklee in #WestBarnes they were putting up posters to support him. Only the #LibDems can beat the Tories in #Wimbledon.

The only time anyone in #Wimbledon hears from Merton Labour is either when there’s a looming #generalelection or when Labour-run Merton Council charges Wimbledon residents double what other residents pay eg parking permits. They certainly never engage otherwise.

Merton has the 3rd highest rate of unsolved burglaries. As a previous victim of crime himself, this is personal to Paul Kohler🔶MP for Wimbledon. If elected as Wimbledon's MP, Paul will continue to champion our local police services because Wimbledon residents deserve better. 🧵1/2

In Wimbledon Park people are outraged by the proposals to cut down 300+ mature trees and put 9km of roads on parts of Wimbledon Park (the AELTC bought the land for a knock-down price by promising not to build). We all know the Labour-run Council won't represent them

A wonderful 100 year celebration in #WestBarnes today for Motspur Park Station. The whole community came together to make bunting, a model railway in the library and a fair in the local park and school. Thanks to Paul Kohler🔶MP for Wimbledon and Mayor of Merton for joining. Merton Libraries

Important resident meeting today about the Motspur Park Gas Holders development. We raised many concerns including access to the park, security and the height of the buildings.
