💧 Pancreatic Cyst Fluids in IPMN v. MCN: Why is amylase ⬆️ in IPMN but not in MCN?🤔 B/c IPMN communicates w pancreatic duct, so has acinar secretions💧from neighboring acinar cells. MCN is isolated by itself. At least that's how I understand it. #pathx #pathologx #gipath
