Best of luck to Bill, a great guy, friend and a top-shelf play-by-play man. It was always comforting to see him doing his pre-game prep work. He gave his best to his audience and had wonderful chemistry with Sean. He’ll be missed big time.

To those asking in light of Bill's cancer diagnosis last year: Bill says he is doing well health-wise after a stem cell transplant this summer, feeling good and in good spirits. He says it was a tough decision to retire and will miss the camaraderie but felt it was just time.

Sean Elliott Sean, you are the absolute best! You are like a brother. I appreciate so much about you. You are a great analyst, but also so supportive of me and the crew and always thinking of others before yourself. I’ll miss you, but will be watching because YOU are the STAR of the show!
