The street releases could significantly increase April 1st without immediate action. Either slow or stop the flow and/or fund the necessary support. Then get serious about a long term solution.

Yes, our border and immigration issues need to be addressed...federally! The economic impacts in lost convention and sports tourism as well as economic growth opportunities will be significant. HCR2060 is not the answer.
