Join a choir. Just do it. After a week of nursing a heart absolutely broken by bereavement, two hours with Canton Chorus has me breathing well and feeling joyful. I'm sure there will be more tears to come, but I'm just as sure that collective music-making will pick me up again <3

"To be part of the Royal Academy of Music choir was incredibly fulfilling. Just the noise you make, and the camaraderie... it is the most life-affirming experience, singing in a choir." – Sir Elton John to Classic FM's Tim Lihoreau. ❤️
