Alongside other cost of living challenges, recruiting & retaining volunteers is one of the biggest challenges NCVO members have right now. Volunteers support people through the toughest of times as well as bring people together for the things that make our communities richer.2/4

This is why NCVO has been working with Scouts Royal Voluntary Service others on the #BigHelpOut campaign. We want to raise the profile of volunteering in all its forms so that more people have the choice to experience the benefits of volunteering. 3/4
