I loved Octopus Energy I converted family & friends. Recently my bills have been off & my energy consumption is completely wrong. Read a piece by Greg Jackson saying the smart metres are 10 yrs out of date! Tried in vain to get my money refunded & to get help - but nothing, I’m shocked
