Good numbers of blackbird juveniles at my customers house again today. They actually fly at the door and windows to get you to put more food out. I giggled at one young un trying to move some foliage out of its bird bath without success. Entertaining!!

Sitting in cafe garden at Cockington when a Ruby-tailed Wasp (Chrysis ignita) landed on my leg. On closer inspection of the planter with trellis, I noticed a swarm of Pale Footed Black Wasp (psenulus pallipes). The thatched roof of the cafe looked like a nest site. BWARS
