Reutilising money saved on office leases can be spent on co-working subscriptions and fit for purpose venues 👏 #futureofwork #POSTCOVID #remoteworking

If looking at hybrid work, in office days should be maximised for activates that are less than ideal when remote. Anything else seems like a waste of time ⌚️ #POSTCOVID #futureofwork #remoteworking

The trap of success is that it sets an expectation for anything that follows. And if what comes next isn't as good, it immediately sets a bad tone or a sense of failure ed.gr/cy745

Having separate work environments for concentration and for collaboration should be the goal. In a collaborative space, there would be no expectation of having quiet time 🚫 #futureofwork #POSTCOVID #remoteworking

We might be able to work well remotely but we're still using only necessary tools to output work. How will we make the move away from transactional software? ❓ #futureofwork #POSTCOVID #remoteworking

Although an idea might start from a single person, to be fully realised it needs developing and challenging by others ➡️ this is best done in person 👪 #PostCovid #futureofwork #productivity

Likewise, a problem shared is a problem halved, two minds are better than one etc....effective problem solving is not something that takes place alone! #hybridworking #PostCovid #futureofwork

good skills for the future: adaptability and resilience. i think these are learnable! hard to answer the question of ‘what jobs will be safe’, but humans always find new things to do, and the future will likely be amazing. embracing change will be important.
