He makes public statements that ‘no licence applications has been rejected’. We know, & he should know, that planning has been weaponised. Especially NDR registered operators, who’ve been operating in full view or ELC & planners for years. I’d love to hear his justification for closing these legitimate, now licences businesses. He does need to address this.
