“Screaming during vomiting” is not unique to the vomiting of cannabinoid hyperemesis, nor can we say “screaming” is mechanistically attributable to THC (and there’s not even a mechanism for the vomiting fwiw). Let’s stop trying to make new perjoratives for people who use drugs.
