Today, NIRA has renewed National IDs for about 70 people with intellectual disabilities at L'Arche Uganda, and this is the inclusion we need.

Inclusion in climate change impacts persons with disabilities beyond pity but an accessible environment we deserve.

The environment we want is the inclusion we put! In the comemoration of the king coronation, we did bulungi Bwansi at SEECHILD as Buganda Disability Council. We planted trees 🌳 and we are improving on the environment by not leaving anyone behind despite your Disability.

Uganda plans to spend $17.7 BILLION on adaptation by 2030 —that’s over 60% of our total climate finance Ambitions! Why? Because we’re already facing the floods, droughts and health shocks. Adaptation isn’t optional. #COP30 #lcoyuganda2025 #FromPlaytoPolicy
