After a year of Twitter hibernation I am back to tell of my next running challenge. In 14 weeks I will be running the Ultra Challenge Thames Path 100k along with four guides. Target sub 9 hours! A nice little hit out today with an early morning 40k in just over 3hrs 9 mins.
