What’s the single most inspiring thing anybody has said to you?

Understand that savings need to be made. Not every pensioner needs the Winter Fuel Payment. Many that do simply to keep warm. Very little being said about this from City Councillors in Worcester. Also that the impact of removing the WFP wasn't considered is a worrying trend.
