When you are on the pedestal of decision-making whether research projects need funding or rejection, it is a huge responsibility. Rejection is not a buzzer-button for me, it is a whole process where I work with expert panel to make an informed decision.

Floored by the personalized hospitality at Taj. I kept a small Ganesha idol on my desk and came back to my room post-wokout to find a tiny temple set up with fresh puja flowers basket. Many such moments happened till now only making Taj truly unforgettable.

+1. Resonating wd main tweet here. We call this is as the queen bee syndrome. Google about this syndrome as I recalled few experiences with most women being vile. Tbh, had supportive experiences working with men rather who empathize & support at work.

Excellent points. Today, at yoga session there were some key takeaways besides shown in the video. 1. Keep smiling in between while doing yogasana. 2.Listen to your body and when moving - ensure it is smooth like a falcon movements :-)

A Harvard return lady met & told that she is also a scientist and published 2 manuscripts in Elsevier. I was laughing internally & could not help but notice the sheer ignorance few scientists have about publishing. P.S. Elsevier is a publisher, not a journal
