Constant tweaking requirements - be it PhD entry, UG entrance or Assistant Professor position, no other government sector has so many tweaks done as seen in edu sector. I have seen changing requirements since 5PC. It is like Academic Jenga game always. Sad.

Majority of Indian Scientists sitting in premier institutions are writing newspaper columns or invested in paper mills: not working on resolving issues of S&T. Most are now in-print or Twitter warriors. Respect is to be earned that takes years to build.

This time I want to write opening line of my upcoming manuscript related to my movie buff trivia or a recent book excerpt reading. Sometimes I have a feel that 'Why should all papers be written so seriously?' 'Who cares about #Reviewer2 ?' 😜🤣
