Having worked as a midwife for over 40 years before retiring, Mary ran @parkrunuk today with her daughter (who works for the NHS) in honour of midwives everywhere. At 80, Mary must be one of the oldest midwives running today – a true inspiration! #IDM2024

After being introduced to parkrun by an Olympian, Rebecca found it quickly became part of her routine.
