Big day for the Christian law and order crowd when their leader is convicted of multiple felonies for paying hush money to a porn actress with whom he had an affair just after the birth of his fifth child by his third wife.

I’d love for someone to explain why it was cool for Michael Cohen to go to jail for hush money payments, but not Trump, whom he made those payments on behalf of.

That defies all logic.

A full jury of citizens from different backgrounds sat and heard the facts and heard the arguments from both sides pursuant to law and all unanimously reached the same conclusion.

If you don’t respect this verdict and the American judicial process, I don’t respect you.

The sad part is that this is actually an incredibly American moment to celebrate. Our laws were applied to a man who held the most powerful office in our land. There is no principle more sacred or more American than that no one is above the law, no matter how powerful or popular.
