However this is something recently reviewed with a public consultation.

Stephen from Newdriverni presented year 13 with lots of tips and advice for staying safe as we learn/begin to drive. Passing the driving test is a huge milestone for young people on their journey to independence, never take it for granted - protect yourself and others.

Lynda Hurley from Department for Infrastructure's Safe & Accessible Travel Division & roadtozero, attended the Newdriverni campaign launch at Strathearn School. The initiative, a recipient of Department for Infrastructure’s Road Safety Grant Scheme, aims to educate new drivers & passengers on good motoring decisions.


Year 13 welcomed Emma Duffy from Newdriverni to Assembly, this morning. Emma provided pupils with important information regarding applying for their theory test, practical test and how to stay safe on our roads. Thank you Emma for helping our pupils navigate this life milestone!
