Today is an incredibly difficult day to be an LGBT+ police officer within the Met Police but I'm spurred on by the positive change that the Metropolitan Police and @MetLGBTNetwork are striving to make and deliver in improving LGBT+ community confidence in policing 🏳️‍🌈🚔 #HereForLGBT+

I am so proud of those who have gone above, beyond and out of their way delivering King Charles III' declaration of public service "I come not to be served but to serve" and shudder at those who in the name of public service have used this phrase sadly for their own gain 👑😢
