Just out #JACCINT JACC Journals with Mateo Marín-Cuartas Syed Zaid, MD et al on CUTTING-EDGE registry showing MV replacement worse than MV repair for failed M-TEER. Unfortunately only 10% of cases are repairable. Let’s aim for <=1+ MR when feasible in both PMR SMR!
