Yesterday was a beautiful day to celebrate Earth Week by cleaning up trash around the pond!

We had such a great time at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum today! Always so fun and educational to learn about Air and Flight with real world examples 🛩️💨

Today the Grade 6 students at DDW were so excited to meet and hear from Dr. David R. Williams himself! He shared all about his amazing accomplishments in space and spoke about the books he has written as an author. Thank you Dave Williams - AstroDaveMD for being such an inspiration to us!

It has been awhile since I posted about Mlle Shattler 's amazing 5/6 class. They are working on their final watercolour piece showcasing all their skills to show growth,change, or evolution in 3 or 4 panels. Their energy, support, and inquiry inspires me everytime. Today was “Art Day” for our June countdown! We set up some Arsty stations and had a very zen end to our day today 🎨🖌️
